Can LoL boosting get your account banned?

Yes, it can. Letting someone else play on your account is against the game publisher's rules, and the publisher decides what to do about it. No boosting service can remove that risk, and no service can promise otherwise. Here is what the rules say and what we do if a penalty arrives.

Key facts

  • Game publishers' terms, including Riot Games' terms for League of Legends, forbid letting someone else play on your account, and Riot treats boosting as ranked manipulation.
  • If the publisher notices, it can warn, suspend or ban the account, remove ranked rewards and reverse rank gains.
  • Duo and other boosting services carry the same kind of risk. Coaching, where you play every game yourself, does not put someone else on your account.
  • We cannot promise that the publisher will take no action, and we do not control its decisions.

The short answer

Yes. The publisher's rules forbid letting another person play on your account, and boosting does exactly that. Whether a given account is penalised, and how, is the publisher's decision, not ours and not the booster's.

We do not say that boosting is legal or approved by Riot. We say it breaks the publisher's rules, and that you accept that risk when you order. Section 5 of our Terms of Service says so in plain words.

What the publisher can do

  • Warn the account.
  • Suspend it.
  • Ban it.
  • Remove ranked rewards.
  • Reverse rank gains.

What we do about it, and what that cannot do

Our boosters connect through a VPN matched to your region, so the account is opened from the country you normally play in. Offline Mode keeps your friends from seeing the account online while the specialist plays. In a duo, the Untrackable options have your booster swap accounts every two games, or swap both account and champion every game with Ultra-UnTrackable, so the pairing is harder to follow on third-party tracking sites.

The order forms list the VPN, Offline Mode and the Untrackable options as options. Ask live chat what applies to your order.

These measures change what shows on the account and on tracking sites. They do not change the publisher's rules and they do not make a penalty impossible: our Terms say duo and other boosting services carry the same kind of risk.

What we do if a penalty arrives

If the publisher penalises your account during an order, or within 30 days after it is complete, send us the publisher's notice within 7 days of receiving it. We review the order and our specialist's activity and give you the result within 5 business days. What follows depends on what the review finds.

  • If our specialist broke a rule in section 5 of the Terms, for example by using scripts or third-party software, we refund that order as store credit and compensate you, and we tell you the amount and how we worked it out in writing. If the law gives you a right to a refund to your original payment method, you can choose that instead.
  • If the publisher acted only because someone other than you played the account and our specialist broke no rule, that is the risk you accepted. We do not refund the part already delivered. We stop the order, refund the part not delivered, and help you with an appeal if you ask.

This is the Refund Policy in short. Read section 5 of it before you order.

How to decide

  • If the risk to the account is not acceptable to you, choose coaching: you play every game yourself.
  • If you order a boost, read the account security checklist first and make sure you own the account.
  • If you have a notice already, do not wait: send it within 7 days.
