No. Your TFT rank is separate from your League of Legends ranked ladder. A TFT order only moves your Teamfight Tactics rank.

Please do not log in while a booster is playing, since a second login ends their session. You can follow your rank and LP on the live tracker, and stream mode lets you watch the games.
