In boosting, a specialist works toward a goal you choose, such as a rank or a number of wins, usually by playing on your account. Coaching is a live one-to-one session with a high-ranked coach and does not need your login. An account is a ready-to-play account delivered to you after payment.

After payment, your order is assigned to a specialist. Timing depends on the game and the service you chose, and support can tell you what to expect before you pay.
