How a CarrotBoost order works
You pick your service and the goal, see the total price, pay, and a specialist is assigned. Your order page and our emails show when the order starts and when it is complete. This guide follows our Terms of Service of 6 October 2026. The Terms and the Refund Policy decide any case, and none of the times below is a promise.
Key facts
- The checkout shows the total you will be charged, including any processing fee, before you confirm.
- Payment is due in full before an order starts. Card payments go through Stripe, and card details never reach our servers.
- An order has started when a specialist or coach is assigned and has accepted it.
- You can cancel for a full refund until the order starts. Boosting can lead to action against the game account by the game publisher.
1. Choose the service and the goal
Boosting works toward a goal you choose, such as a target rank, a number of wins, placement games, champion mastery or a set number of games. It is offered for League of Legends, Valorant and Teamfight Tactics, though not every service exists for every game. Coaching is a different service: live one-to-one sessions and replay review with a coach, booked by the hour, for League of Legends and Valorant.
2. See the price and pay
Prices are shown before you pay. The checkout page shows the total, with any processing fee and any tax that applies, before you confirm. You can pay with store credit, by card, or with both. How the price is built is in the guide on how boost prices are built.
3. Access to your game account
For most boosting services a specialist logs in to your game account and plays for you. You give us the login at checkout or on your order page. Only the specialist assigned to your order and the staff who need it to fix a problem can see it. It is stored encrypted, used only for your order, and deleted 30 days after the order is completed or cancelled.
Duo services are different: a specialist queues with you in your own games and does not need your login. Coaching does not need your game login either.
The game publisher can take action against an account used in a boosting service. The Terms ask you to read that risk before you order, and the guide on whether LoL boosting can get you banned covers it.
4. Start and progress
Each service shows an estimated start and duration. They are estimates, not promises, and depend on your region and rank, queue times, the number of games needed and specialist availability. An order has started when a specialist or coach is assigned and has accepted it, and it is complete when the goal on your order page is reached or the games or hours you bought are used.
If an order has not started within 48 hours, we tell you why and give a new estimate. You can follow progress, and pause and resume most orders, from your dashboard. Losing a game along the way does not change the goal you bought. For services sold by wins or by games, you get the number of wins or games you bought, not a particular rank.
5. Cancelling and refunds
In short, you can cancel and get a full refund until your order starts. After it starts, the part not delivered goes back to you as store credit on your balance. A completed order is not refundable unless it did not match what we sold you or the law gives you a right. The Refund Policy has the full rules.
